Instead of focusing on features or amenities, the work relies on the changes that happen in between arrival and departure. The idea of IT’S OUR PLEASURE is much bigger than an ad campaign. What sets The Ritz-Carlton apart is what guests take away from their stay: the epiphanies, new perspectives, and transformations.

Starwood Resorts and Hotels will always be remembered for their willingness to take risks. The brand’s unique perspective and curiosity led them to reimagine what ‘hotel’ means. Their dedication to innovation provided a new dimension and possibilities to the hotel experience.
As their merger with Marriott finalized, the brand wanted to reflect on some of their most memorable moments. They asked us to tell a story that celebrated their legacy, said thank you, and goodbye.
