Broadcast, Social, Digital

Despite the high price tags, the housing market can be confusing and impersonal. In that spirit, we created a giant retail store, The Housing Market, to illustrate the challenges consumers face. Redfin is the hero, the personal shopper and local expert you need to find what you're looking for and get it before someone else does.

While the broadcast campaign launched during the Oscars, we seeded targeted pre-roll teasers and Social ahead of launch.

 

Broadcast earned large exposure at a crucial time: Redfin sales increased by 34 percent even while home prices rose 3 percent.

While Social was mostly owned, we did get some earned media in the press.
